Everyone was fantastic!!! The Car Tech was UNREAL!!! You don't have folks like him or the front desk girl... They were spectacular. The car tech begin talking to me before I got out of my car which had a bashed out back window.... so many people are into their worlds or their phones, nice to see that he was aware and on it the sec I drove in. Made the horrible situtation I was in so much easier and pleasant.

I really appreciated the technician's attention to detail. He did his absolute best to clean out all the broken glass, even taking apart the hatchback door panel to remove glass inside. He just really went above and beyond my expectations.
